Sales and Returns Policy

On behalf of the team at Awe Group Pty, we'd like to thank you for your interest in our products.

Our goal is to make your relationship with us easy, enjoyable and beneficial.  It is our priority to ensure this process is as simple and expedient for you as possible.

Hours of Operation

If you would like product and pricing information, or would like to check on order status or require any assistance with an order you have placed, our Sales Team is available to assist you 9:00am-5:30 AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Alternatively, you may email us at any time at sales@awe.com.au and a member of our sales team will get back to you usually within 24 hours.

Payment Methods

 Cheque

Your cheque is welcome.  Transfer of title does not occur until the cheque is cleared for payment.

Trading account:

A 30 day trading account may be established subject to our standard terms and conditions and appropriate credit checks.  Please contact Sales or accounts for the necessary paperwork.

Direct deposit.

Our preferred method of payment is by direct deposit.  Please contact sales or accounts for a transaction reference and our banking details

Credit Card

You may pay by credit card. (mail, fax or phone). Credit card billing occurs when your order is shipped.  Awe Group accepts Visa & Mastercard only. We may seek a credit card fee. We will always seek your acceptance before applying a credit card fee. 

Product Availability

The estimated shipping time will form part of our quotation. If a delay beyond the quoted time occurs, Awe Group will contact you via email or phone and provide a revised shipping estimate.

 Awe Group endeavours to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, Awe Group reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.

Product Warranty

Unless specifically noted to the contrary all AWE group products sold on this website are brand new, and carry a 12 month Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty policy requires any goods found to be defective tbe returned to our Sydney works, at the senders expense, for repair or replacement. Please Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect voids any warranties, expressed or implied.

Return and Refund Policy

Please refer to our warranty policy above if your enquiry relates to warranty repair or replacement.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please call AWE group sales on +61 2 97245366 to discuss your options for repair or replacement.

Generally goods in original condition that we deem to be defective will be replaced immediately by the AWE group or where the defective goods are remote from our works we will ship replacement in advance of receiving the defective goods.  The shipment of these goods is subject to a “buy or return” invoice which will be credited upon return of the defective goods.

If you wish to return any goods for a Refund your request will be considered within 3 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Notice. Please be aware that the items for return will be assessed, without prejudice, as to their suitability for resale.  If the returned goods

         are in original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, cds, and registration that shipped with the product you will be given a full refund less our freighting costs

         Have defective packaging. We will charge up to a 20% restocking fee which is representative of the discount to a subsequent purchaser.

         Need reworking, testing or painting we will deduct the cost of restoring the goods from your refund.  You will be advised of the costs and your instructions sought.

         Is a product that has been specially built or configured to your specifications.  Return of these products will incur high restocking fees and return conditions must be negotiated with an AWE group manager.

         A product that has been ordered from a 3rd party at your request, or included to meet a package supply requirement to your specification.  Return of these goods subject to 3rd party suppliers return policy and fees.

 Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first. We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice.

PLEASE NOTE: Awe Group recommends that you:

1.    Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns

2.    Either insure your package for safe return to Awe Group or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms of refund or return.

 Carrier charges for returning product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Awe Group reserves the right to test any returned product. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, Awe Group may impose a handling  and rework fee

Proof of Purchase

The Awe Group will provide a “Tax Invoice” with all goods sold.  Reference to this invoice number will identify your purchase.

Sales Tax

Orders purchased and shipped within Australia will attract 10% GST. International orders will not attract GST. The Proof of Purchase that Awe Group mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

Other Terms and Conditions

Awe Group is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Sale and Return at any time. Awe Group will update this Sales and Returns Policy as its policy changes, so we advise you to keep checking back at this page for further updates.
