Vertical Auger Fillers are ideal for portioning any non-free flowing materials: Bakery Mixes, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Chemicals, Soil Products, Ground Coffee, Grains/Flours, Cement , Limes , Grouts etc...into bags, bottles, cans, tubes, jars, cartons, and so on.
The a.w.e vertical auger packers are so versatile as standard any machine can be usedin all three formats as per below.
Volume: Using a servo drive to controlthe acceleration, speed and numberof revolutions to dispense the requiredamount of product.When linked with acheck weigher the system automaticallyadjusts for product variances.
Weight: Using scales to accuratelycontrol the servo system to therequired fill. The system usesprogrammable fill points to slowto a low speed for accuracy and allow for product in-flight.
Combination: Using both Volume& Weigh filling to maximizecontainer capacity.
